The steamy weather couldn’t keep some COMDA members from detecting at Mock Park in Columbus during the groups’ monthly casual hunt.  Anthony Crabtree, Dave Lowy, Jerry Perko, Dan Gibson, Suzanne Webb, JR Rinehart and Jim Fracker met on May 30th at Mock Park, one of the oldest parks in Columbus.  The heat cut the usual four hour hunt down to two hours but some good finds were made in a short time.  Dave Lowy found a silver 1954 Roosevelt dime as well as a 1941 Mercury dime and Suzanne Webb found a silver 1952 Roosevelt dime on her new Etrac’s inaugural hunt. JR won a Minelab carabiner clip and Jim Fracker took home the Minelab Maglite.
